A ministry of Point Loma Nazarene College. Christian therapists who have been vetted by the organization. The therapists are throughout the county with offices in Mission Valley, Chula Vista, Spring Valley, Rancho Bernardo, and Lakeside.
CER is also offering low cost therapy by working alongside the PLNU Master of Arts in Clinical Counseling Practicum students, therapists-in-training, under the supervision of licensed doctorate-level professionals. Their low fee is $10 per session and free for current PLNU students and staff. Each therapist-in-training is able to provide a minimum of 5 and a maximum of 8 sessions per client.

GRIEF SHARE
GriefShare is a support group to help you move through the grief process. A GriefShare support group is a safe, welcoming place where people understand the difficult emotions of grief. Through this 13-week group, you’ll discover what to expect in the days ahead and what’s “normal” in grief. Since there are no neat, orderly stages of grief, you’ll learn helpful ways of coping with grief, in all its unpredictability—and gain solid support each step of the way. The next GriefShare session will being on Thursday September 19th, and run until Thursday December 19th 2024.
